Shipping & Delivery

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For items not in stock, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.



ADDRESS & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout
  • Shipping and billing addresses must match
  • No address changes can be made after an order is placed

Hairoholic is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error



SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses
  • A physical address is required
  • If shipping to a business, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery



DELIVERY & CARRIER DISCLAIMER

  • Hairoholic is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped
  • Shipping carriers are responsible for delivery once the package leaves our facility



INSURANCE & CLAIMS


We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.


All orders include up to $100 insurance through USPS. If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us at sales@hairoholic.com to initiate a claim with the carrier. If the claim is approved, the insured amount may be issued as store credit or refund at our discretion. Additional insurance may be requested prior to shipment.



RETURNED PACKAGES


If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

We will attempt to contact the customer using the information provided at checkout. If we are unable to reach the customer within 7 days of delivery back to us, the order will be canceled and issued as store credit only, excluding original shipping costs.
