Refunds & Exchanges

Hairoholic does not offer monetary refunds on any products.

Hair extensions may be eligible for store credit only within 7 days of confirmed delivery, provided they meet all return requirements listed below.

All other items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

FINAL SALE ITEMS



The following items are not eligible for store credit under any circumstances:

  • Lashes
  • Edge control
  • Hair growth oil / hair oils
  • Shampoos & conditioners
  • Wigs
  • Edge ties
  • Wig grips
  • Any non-extension products
  • Any and All Consignment shop purchases including hair extensions 

STORE CREDIT ELIGIBILITY (HAIR EXTENSIONS ONLY) PURCHASES FROM CONSIGNMENT NOT ELIGIBLE 



To qualify for store credit, hair extensions must be:

  • In original condition
  • Tied with original bands and logo intact
  • Uncut and unaltered
  • Not worn, installed, or used
  • Not chemically processed, colored, or washed
  • Free of products, heat, or manipulation

Items that do not meet these requirements will be denied and returned to sender.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Color variation is not a valid reason for store credit. Natural hair may vary slightly between bundles due to donor differences.
  • Hairoholic reserves the right to determine eligibility for all returns.
  • Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date issued. After 30 days, it will expire.

RETURN PROCESS

  • You must contact us at sales@hairoholic.com within 7 days of delivery for approval before sending any items back
  • Unauthorized returns will be denied and returned to sender
  • Customers are responsible for all return and reshipping costs

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued via email.
